1. Roles and service

Noow.gr provides technical tools for appointments, classes, communications and, where enabled, payments. La Lune Beauty Salon is the provider and merchant of the services you book and is responsible for their description, price, availability, performance, cancellation and refunds.

2. Booking and account

• Provide accurate information and book only for yourself or with the other person's permission.
• A booking is complete only after confirmation and may require an OTP.
• You may receive necessary confirmations, changes and reminders.
• Availability is dynamic and a slot is not held before confirmation.
• Optional Google Sign-In shares only information shown on its consent screen.

3. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation or no-show charges apply only if clearly disclosed before booking and permitted by law. You may cancel or reschedule through the portal, confirmation link, or by contacting the business.

4. Payments and refunds

Where payment is enabled, Noow.gr technically facilitates it through the business's payment provider and does not store full card details. The business sets prices, taxes, deposits and refunds and is the merchant unless the payment page expressly says otherwise. The total and payment method are shown before confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Reviews, waitlist and communications

Reviews are voluntary, must be honest, and may be displayed publicly. A waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Necessary transactional messages may be sent for booking, payment or security. Marketing is sent only with an appropriate legal basis and opt-out where required.

6. Acceptable use

False or fraudulent bookings, spam, unauthorised automation or scraping, bypassing security, impersonation and unlawful use are prohibited. A breach may result in cancellation and restricted access.

7. Liability

Services are provided by the business, not Noow.gr. Noow.gr is responsible for operating the platform within its role and the business for its services. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury.

8. Law, changes and contact

Greek law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights and access to a competent court or lawful dispute-resolution body. Material changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights for confirmed bookings.
